My Favorite Computer Game

State of Decay: YOSE Day One Edition is an open-world survival combat simulation game which contains elements of third person combat and simulation. The game start with main character and his friend go fishing on the lake at tourist town for 3 days, but after they come back the town turn into town full of zombies. Player must survive day by day searching in abandoned building to stock up food, medicine and construction materials then bringing them safely back to base but with zombies everywhere that ready to bite your neck. The main story is to survive with a small group of survivors while searching for help to get out of this zombie town, helping other survivor out there, and helping neighbors who under attack by zombies horde.

The game play is not so hard but not easy, as I said before you must survive from hungry biters, cooperate with other survivors to protect your base and searching for help.

Game Features

I like most of features offered by this game. here's some features that I know:

1. Open-world

With the map that large enough to be explored, especially while crushing zombies horde with car.
Hospital, Ranger Station, Church, farm, warehouse, restaurant, and lot house to scavange for supplies.

2. Combat

Shoot the head to make them dead straight, hit them with frying pan or slash with indian blade, or walk slowly behind them and suddenly hit their head to the ground.

3. Base

is a safe place to hide and cover from the zombie attack. Reinforce with various facilities like watch towers, gardens, sleeping quarters, kitchens, workshops, medical bays, radio comunication, etc. Base can be expanded like the sleeping quarter, more survivors more beds.

4. Characters

It's hard to play alone here, so you must team up with other survivor for watching your back. Characters can level up to improve their skill like combat, stamina, shooting, and leadership. They also get hurt and tired, meaning they need facilities to heal and time to rest.

There's features I don't like it, like when a survivor die they just die there's no respawn or anything, although you can recruit other survivor to replace it.

when and how often I play it?

Well, I play this game only a few weeks ago, and I play this game when I have a time to spare or on holidays.

What make I love this game cause the survival-horror theme deeply felt here plus rich of features, I can spend alot of time while playing this game.
